Formerly a member of the email marketing team at Kohl’s, my main task was to design emails that elevate our brand and connect with customers through product storytelling. Brand strategy guidance, customer insights, product priorities, and promotional or story-specific style guidelines were all factors taken into consideration and influenced the creative direction.
